Following my nut brown ale I went for a pint out of the cask
– the Old Brewery Bitter. Unlike the nut brown ale this was very unremarkable,
lacking in flavour and depth. It was perfectly drinkable yes, but offered very
little else (apart from, I suppose, a very reasonably price at less than £2.50
a pint). Not a great deal else that can be said about this, pretty bland.
Brewery: Samuel Smith Brewery
Country: United Kingdom
ABV: 4.0%
