Beer #231 - Gadds Magical Mystery Mild

Beer number 4 of 4 from last weeks visit to The Harp was Gadds' Magical Mystery Mild. I’m not sure what it is about Gadds beers but they always seem to draw me in, I wonder if it’s to do with the triangular pump clips. Their Magical Mystery Mild doesn’t warrant a mention on the brewery website and the only ratings on RateBeer are from the last month so I assume this is a new beer. I‘m not a big fan of Mild as a style, but I thought I’d give this a go and it had some really interesting flavours. The pour was a dark reddy-brown colour. The taste dominated by the malt with raisins and dried fruit, chocolate, caramel and a hint of nutmeg.

Brewery: Gadds
