A sunny Saturday afternoon was perfect for a pint of Redemption's Trinity - a light but flavoursome ale checking in at a healthy 3% ABV. I was still feeling the effects of my day at the Great British Beer Festival and this was just what I needed; something light and refreshing yet tasty enough to remind me that beer is awesome. Trinity pours pale gold with areasonable white head. The nose is fresh,
floral, hops and citrus fruits. Its light in body and really drinkable, the flavour dominated by the bitter hops which give it a strong citrus flavour, but its clean and crisp too.
