This was another guest ale at my regular post-football haunt The Compton Arms. There wasn't too much of interest on the bar this week but sometimes, as per my previous post, all you need is a decent bitter. Everards is a big regional brewer based in Leicester that has been around since the mid-nineteenth century. Tiger is their signature brew and it has a strong toffee aroma. The flavour is more of the same - a good malt-forward bitter.
