Beer #364 - Leffe Radieuse

On a recent trip to Brussels I didn't have time to get to a decent beer shop so had to make do with what I could grab at the train station, this Abbey-style beer from Leffe was one of the beers I picked up. I don't have particularly strong feelings on Leffe as a brand so I approached this beer with a fairly open mind, it is made in Belgium after all. although I stupidly drank it after sharing a bottle of Rochefort. This on was..okay...it was fairly robust in body but the overall flavour just felt quite..artifical. This shouldn't be too surprising I suppose and it simply doesn't compare to the traditional monastic brews.
