Mad Goose is another beer I picked up on my trip to the
Rugby Tap in Rugby last month. Brewed by Purity Brewing Co. in Warwickshire, a
look at their website shows another brewery with a strong commitment to
sustainability that is to be applauded, with its own wetland on site where
liquid waste is naturally recycled. If Mad Goose is anything to go by, they make
bloody good beer too, this a very enjoyable, mellow golden pale ale that went
down an absolute treat. The brewery are currently building a brand new facility in Warwickshire which
will allow them to triple their output, expected to completed late this summer, so the chances are you might come across Purity near you soon.
