Another Wednesday night post-football pint at The Compton Arms. I’ve found
it impossible to find any information on this beer online beyond what it says
on the pump clip! As you can see from the picture it seems that this is a Mauldons Brewery/Greene King collaboration but having requested some information from Mauldons
via Twitter, they referred me to Greene King who make no mention of the beer on
their website. Mauldons, like Greene King is another Suffolk brewery
established in the 1980’s. Anyway Golden Adder is a lovely summery beer, plenty
of fruity flavour, not normally my cup of tea but I really enjoyed it, worth
keeping an eye out for, particularly if you find yourself in a Greene King pub
with little else on offer!
Country: United Kingdom
ABV: 3.9%
