Beer #35 - De Koninck

The third and final of last week’s Belgian beer exploits. De Koninck is brewed in Antwerp by a brewery of the same name, and has been since 1833. I found this one a lot lighter than the Maredsous Blond and much more drinkable, probably aided by the lower alcohol content. Whilst there was nothing overly remarkable about it, it was certainly my favourite of the three beers I tried at The Dovetail and probably the only one I’d order again!

Brewery: Brouwerij De Koninck (Duvel-Moortgat)
Country: Belgium
ABV: 5.0%
