Another one from my trip to Craft Beer Co. in Islington. After a couple of citrus heavy halves this was a beautiful and delicious change. Buxton's American Rye is a lovely amber ale, the malts are at the fore in this one and it has a hint of caramel. This was very drinkable and I'd have happily sunk a few more of these had I not already been 6 or so pints in.Brewery: Buxton Brewery
